The Presidential Candidate of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mahamudu Bawumia has promised to make the youth an integral part of his administration if giving the nod in the 7 December elections. Speaking at a youth engagement at Borteyman Sports Complex dubbed “Bawumia for Jobs”, he promised the ideas of the youth will be drafted into formulating policies of government under his administration.

“I therefore invite the youth, especially the Gen Zs, to join me on this journey of possibility, I have a place for you. True to my quest for inclusivity, I want to ensure that the specific needs of young people are sufficiently addressed, by my government if giving the mandate”, he assured the youth.

He further said by electing him as the next president he will involve the youth in the formal political process of this country to make a difference in the long term.

“Your voice will be heard and your ideas drafted into formulating policies of government, my goal is to lead a government that makes our young people a positive force for change that they themselves seeks and the nation desires,” Bawumia said.
